Gavel employs a rigorous authentication procedure to verify the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided by sellers. Items undergo thorough inspection and verification process before being listed on the platform, ensuring a trustworthy marketplace for buyers.

Sellers may set a reserve price, indicating the minimum price at which they are willing to sell an item. If the reserve price is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell the item.

Upon winning an auction, the buyer is obligated to complete the transaction according to the terms specified in the auction listing. This encompasses promptly remitting the final bid price and any applicable fees within 24 hours from the conclusion of the auction.

Gavel's fees are as follows: If the item is sold for a price below 30,000 AED, Gavel will charge a flat fee of 600 AED. If the item is sold for a price of 30,000 AED or higher, Gavel will charge a fee of 2% of the final sale price. This fee will be deducted from the total selling price if the item is sold.

Gavel accepts Credit Card payments only for deposits, whereas remaining amounts must be either in Cash or Bank Transfer.
